A travelling exhibition and booklet “Way to independence” were created in 2008 on order of the Parliament of the Republic of Lithuania and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The material was collected by Historical Memory Actualization Division of the Parliament, Museum of Genocide Victims and National Museum. Archive material collected by Angonita Rupšytė. Historical concept created by Dr. A. Jakubčionis. The exposition can be dis/assembled by single person within 3 hours. Exhibition can be displayed in 5 combinations of languages namely, Lithuanian-English, Lithuanian-German, Lithuanian-Polish, Lithuanian-Russian and Lithuanian-French.
